Merritt Island Family Law Attorney Daniel Freyberg

Effective and Professional Representation throughout Brevard County, Florida

At the Law Office of Daniel Freyberg, in Merritt Island, we take the time to learn and understand your needs, as well as any external factors that may affect your situation, so that we can aggressively and professionally represent you in divorce and family law matters. Contact our offices to set up a meeting to discuss your legal needs.

We know from decades of experience in family law courts that the best solutions to divorce and family law disputes are ones that come from the parties, rather than the court. We will work with you to find ways to settle your disagreements through negotiation, mediation or a collaborative law approach. However, we are not afraid to take your case to court if that is necessary to protect your interests.

Our attorney, Daniel Freyberg, spent 20 years in family court before turning to the practice of law. As an intake officer, juvenile officer, domestic relations officer and counselor, he is thoroughly familiar with the operation of the family courts, and he brings to every client a broad and unique perspective on their case. In addition, Mr. Freyberg has been a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem for Brevard County since 2000, representing the interests of children in hearings before the Dependency Court. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Freyberg is a trained and experienced practitioner of Collaborative Law.
